Have your voucher provider, codes, experience details and expiry date ready. You’ll also need your contact details, two or three possible dates and times, and the total number of riders.
Can friends join without vouchers?
Include any extra riders when sending your booking request. The team can check availability and explain how to book those places alongside your voucher experience.
Can I book several vouchers together?
Have all the voucher codes ready and mention in your request that you’d like to ride together. The team will check the experiences and available sessions before confirming your booking.
What if I’m unsure about my voucher?
Check the instructions and expiry date printed on your voucher, then choose the matching provider on the redemption page. If you need help, contact the team.
